Catching Up!

I've been a little behind in posting. We've been too busy running around with a now completely mobile Peyton. She is not only walking but running and loving every moment of new found independence. So below is catching up from the last 2 weeks of pictures.

Avery cam for a visit and stayed for a bath.
I know that Avery is a bit blurry on the picture. But I love how in awe Peyton is of her big cousin. P follows her around like a shadow and pretty much thinks Avery is the coolest.

Just sitting at her table watching The Little Mermaid.

This is as good as she would let me get of her St. Patrick's Day outfit I made.
I even made her sequin shamrock shirt.

But she was happy to be home later that evening.

We went and  visited Meme, and Peyton discovered the track at the side of the house.  The next picture is what happens when I call her name these days.

Little Toot runs!
Gone are the days of my baby sitting and taking beautiful pictures.
We are on the run these days!!

Not happy when I locked the fence!

Hanging in Nana's Travel Trailor!
Ready for some adventures in the Country!

She can now show you where her belly button is.

Aunt Chrissy reading her FAVORITE book, Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
We could read this book 100 times and she never tires of it.

We also made a trip to League City to see Aunt Jennifer and visit before cousin Jackson makes his appearance. But of course I spent too much time visiting and forgot to take a single picture. P was good in  the car thanks to Aunt Sandra keeping her entertained. Baby Jackson will be here next Friday and we very excited to meet him!

First Hostess Cupcake

The other day I gave Peyton half of a Hostess Cupcake. She definitely has a sweet tooth and LOVED every minute of it!
Not quite sure what she has

After the first bite, she shoved the ENTIRE piece in her mouth
Full Mouth

Picking off the remaining crumbs in an effort to savor every little bit.

Mad because she wanted MORE!

Pouting!

Such an Ethan face!!!!

I asked her if it was "Good?"
I think she liked it!!!

Sunday at the Park

This weekend, it was so beautiful outside, we headed to the park to take advantage of the weather while we can. Peyton and I walked the path around the pond, stopping at each duck, while Daddy fished.

Then we played. I didn't get any pictures but she is a thrill seeker. She LOVED the slides. The bigger, the BETTER! She would laugh so loud and then immediately try to climb back up to go down another.
She also loved the swings.

Dr. Seuss Day

Friday was Dr. Seuss's birthday, so to celebrate Peyton's school had Dr. Seuss Day. I dressed P up, and she was a hit at the school.
Presenting....My Cat in the Hat.

Not thrilled about going to school

Pied Peyton

Peyton loves all things musical, especially music she makes herself.
She walked all around Gramsy and Papaw like she was the Pied Piper herself.

She now likes to get close to me and turn quickly so that I will chase her.
She is walking sooo good!

Happy 4th Birthday Avery

How fast has time flown by that my little Avery is FOUR? I can remember waiting at the hospital for her arrival and now she is a sweet, loving little girl with a personality that continuously keeps us all on our toes, especially Aunt Jilly. She is so much like her Mom, it makes me smile to see. She is Mini-Jill through and through.
