4 Months Old

I am so in love with this child! Peyton is such a joy in our lives that although it has only been 4 months since she made her appearance. I fall more madly in love with her each day! I have never been around a baby that has such a pleasant disposition. It's hard to get upset at 4 am when she wakes up and as soon as you make eye contact with her, she greets you with a huge smile.

Such a cutie!

She rarely has her toes unclenched! It has become a joke that she is hiding her "tree climbers" Big Beautiful Blue Eyes

At 4 months:

She know weighs 13 lbs even, and is in the 38th percentile for her weight.

She is now 24.5 in long, and is in the 66th percentile for length.

Her head circumference is 16.5 in around,and is in the 77th percentile for head circumference.

Her eyes are the most beautiful shade of blue. I hope they stay that way. Ethan has gorgeous blue eyes but his are much lighter. I'm thinking she might have Aunt Jilly's complexion.

Although, she still doesn't have much more than peach fuzz, but it does look to be a dirty blond.

Is curious about everything but can't quite figure out how to get her hands to do what she wants.

She is so alert and will people watch when we go out to eat.

Loves to be outside but with her allergies we haven't been able to enjoy it as much as we would want to.

I never knew a little giggle could melt my heart!

She is still drinking 6-7 oz at a time and we just started rice cereal.

Is always chewing on her hands, I'm thinking it might be the early signs of teething.

Very Drooly and Queen Spit-up! She has to have a bib on a lot in order to keep from changing her outfit every hour. If you are not careful she will spit up on you in a second. I asked her doctor about it and she just said "She is a Happy Spitter".

After 6 weeks in daycare, she has yet to wear the same outfit twice.
