Discoverer Enterprise

On Thursday, I got to travel to Mobile, Alabama with a few people from my department to visit the Discoverer Enterprise that was in the shipyard. The pictures do not do justice to how massive the rig was.

Walking up to the drill ship, you can see how it dwarfs the ship next to it,

which was a huge ship itself.
